Centrally located, this beach front villa (one of the largest rental properties in Grand Cayman) is located in the prestigious Islands Club complex. Step right out onto the beach from this elite private home. It will sleep up to 8 people. Luxuriously appointed, you will find the spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath villa situated on one of the best areas of the famed 7 Mile Beach. Within a short walk is a huge, modern grocery store, a variety of fine restaurants, and watersports facilities. 400 feet of pristine beach is at your disposal. This means, even in high season, no rubbing elbows with anyone! The patios afford the opportunity to watch picture perfect sunsets every evening. There is a lighted tennis court on site.

When you enter you will find an immense double living area, dining room, and large, fully equipped chef's kitchen. Each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms has its own full bath. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, the second downstairs bedroom has 2 full size beds.

A short climb of the spiral staircase leads you to a private master suite. There you will find a large Italian marble bathroom with personal spa tub and large bedroom with ocean view screened balcony.

All TVs (living area and all 3 bedrooms) are connected to satellite and DVD/VCR. Each of the three full baths is equipped with a hair dryer and complement of towels.

You will discover a stereo/CD player and IPod dock on each level, and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is a FAX machine and free WiFi at your disposal (if you MUST work, bring your laptops!), as well as books, games and a DVD library. This villa has free long distance calling to the US and Canada.

We have a bicycle, picnic table, oversize gas grill, rafts, sand toys, and plenty of beach towels for use during your stay.
